Our brand new Mar Vista Grande condo is an Oceanfront 3-bedroom unit located on the 12th floor. It offers luxury at every level. 3 bedrooms - 1400-1500 heated sq. ft. (1570-1770 with balcony).

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, 40" flat screen TV with DVD, walk-in closet and a private bath. It features views of the Atlantic Ocean from the bedroom with access to the balcony from the master bedroom. Master Bath has a ceramic tile walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi-style tub both big enough for two, granite counters with double sinks with a magnifying mirror and closet

The living room has leather furniture, 50" TV with DVD player. It features views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room. The dining room has plenty of space for meals and a counter with 4 bar stools nearby.

The first guest bedroom has a private bathroom and contains two queen size beds, a 32" Flat Screen TV with DVD player. This room has ample dresser space and a closet. The private full bathroom has a large bath tub, granite counter tops and tile floors.

The second guest bedroom contains two queen size beds, a 32" Flat Screen TV with DVD player. This room has ample dresser space and a closet. A full bathroom is situated just outside of the bedroom. It has a large bath tub, granite counter tops and tile floors.

The kitchen is a must see! With stainless appliances, gorgeous granite counter tops, ceramic tile floor, self-cleaning range, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, and dishwasher, the kitchen may be the highlight of your trip.

The Internet can be accessed via a wireless connection throughout the condo and Mar Vista Grande. For your convenience, a business office is provided on the 5th floor.
